At my house and my class I need to eat a strong and healthy food  
,early sleep,eat a healthy breakfast and exercise and this is how you
exercise running,jogging and sprinting. The most that I like is sleeping, running , jogging and eating vegetables and fruit .

Show Not Tell

When miss scanlan called my name to share my mihi I was
excited. I was proud of myself when I stood up to say my mihi. Then I said it out loudly so everyone could hear me and I looked at them with my head straight and my legs were straight too. I was filled with confidence to say my mihi as I said my mihi I was happy and so excited. tena koutou katoa mihi ki te atua mihi ki te mate mihi ki te ora tihei mauri ora ko maungarei te maunga ko tamaki te awa ko waitemata te moana ko ruapotaka te mare ko ukutoia te papa ko Hinemoa aho tena koutou katoa.
