The Poly Strong Challenge

First the culture is samon, niuean, fijian, tongan and other
culture the languages were beatiful it was so good I really liked

strong challege in the morning my class were doing the poly
strong challenge we were using the lava lava and we had fun
we were doing the landy’s dance and it was funny because we
had to shake our bottom and after that I had to put it on my

When I was going to dancing the poly strong challenge I was excited about the poly strong challenge. I was excited because we've never done the poly strong challenge for a long time when  I started the dance it was so good I was so happy it  was a beautiful song. I was happy to do the strong challenge I was going to fast but I went with my friends and there name is Vienna, Kazoulou, Aniqua and me I had two yous lava lava's and after we done that we had to go to our blog and but it in our blog.

the lady won the race

Crawling to the finish line the lady was trying to win the race. With  complete exaustion she was trying to finish the race but she fell on the ground. As she had great determination the lady was happy because she won the race.

Sporting Moment

The all black’s were standing with mana to do there haka. The all black’s had the strength to do the haka we were excited. The all black’s done the fierce pukana  we were excited about the pukana.

The lady was lifting a massive weight as she held the massive weight her legs went down and she had a tough time. The lady’s legs crumpled down to the ground it was hurting her so bad that she couldn’t hold it. She was screaming in agony because it was to heavy for her she was about to cry.
